Filoli Estate & Gardens with a Bonus - Pulgas Temple 8/7/13

This has got to be one of the most spectacular places to visit. It was just beautiful. Approximately an hour and 15 minute drive down to the city of Woodside to tour the amazing Filoli Estate and Gardens.

Recognized as one of the finest remaining country estates of the early 20th century, Filoli's remarkable 654–acre property, including the 36,000 square foot Georgian country house and spectacular 16–acre English Renaissance garden.

Filoli mansion and gardens were the backdrop for the hit TV series Dynasty, and the Warren Beatty movie Heaven Can Wait.

On our way home we discovered the Pulgas Temple. Just another place of interest. Very nice.
